What is the guest service fee?

Guests pay a 10% service fee on each booking at checkout. This covers payment processing, platform access, and support. There are no hidden charges.

How does the host platform fee work?

Hosts pay a percentage of cleared booking revenue (GMV) based on their plan. Starter pays 8%, Pro pays 5%, and Enterprise pays 3%. The fee is deducted automatically before payouts.

Can I try a host plan before committing?

Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot for Starter and Pro plans so you can test the platform with real bookings before deciding.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

You can upgrade at any time. Your lower platform fee takes effect immediately, and all existing bookings transfer seamlessly.

Are there additional costs for smart-lock check-ins?

Smart-lock check-ins are included up to 1,000 per month on the Enterprise plan. Beyond that, each check-in costs $0.20 to cover access-control infrastructure.

Do you charge for SMS notifications?

SMS notification packs are available at $1 per 100 messages for reminders, door codes, and late-arrival flows. Email notifications are always free.
