DeskDash Booking was built to solve a specific problem: finding and booking shared workspaces is fragmented, manual, and unclear. We set out to fix that for everyone involved.
Our story
We started DeskDash after experiencing the frustration firsthand. As remote workers and operators, we spent too much time messaging spaces, guessing at availability, and showing up unsure of access details. On the host side, spare desks sat empty because there was no simple way to list them.
Existing directories were static. Booking required emails or phone calls. Payment terms were unclear. And check-in was usually “ask at the front desk.” We wanted a marketplace where availability is live, booking is instant, terms are transparent, and check-in takes seconds.
DeskDash Booking is the result: a two-sided marketplace with real-time inventory, rules-first search, secure payments, and lightweight QR/PIN check-in. We designed it to treat guests and hosts as equals, with clear information at every step and no pressure tactics.
Our mission
To make shared workspace booking as straightforward as it should be: discover what is available right now, understand the terms before you commit, and check in without friction. For hosts, to turn unused capacity into predictable revenue with tools that respect their time.
